Late or Missed Print Issues
The paper edition of our magazine is printed and mailed once every two months. We promise it will be mailed on time. But we can’t guarantee when it will be delivered to you. It may arrive earlier or later than the dates in the Delivery Estimate column at When Will I Get My Magazine.
Many things are out of our control with postal delivery. Postal delivery outside the continental U.S. takes 2-3 weeks longer than in the continental U.S.
Incorrect Mailing Address
We can’t replace or give credit for magazines that are missed due to lack of timely address change or correction notification. For a magazine to be mailed to a new or corrected address you must inform us by the date in the Order Placed column at When Will I Get My Magazine.
If you have missed an issue and you gave us timely address change or correction, please contact us with the email you sent us with the address change or correction and the full name and mailing address where the magazine should be mailed. Your subscription will be extended to make up for the missed issue.
Damaged Print Issues
If your magazine frequently arrives damaged and your mailbox is large enough that the mag doesn’t need to be folded to fit through the slot or into the mailbox, then check with your mail carrier at your local post office to see if the magazine arrives in good condition to them. If it does not, then please contact us.
You may cancel your membership online at https://newmoon.com/contact/. NMGM will promptly stop your service and issue a refund for any unmailed print copies or unused days of a digital product.
It takes several days for a cancellation to become effective and up to a month for a check refund to be mailed to you. If you ordered through an agent like Amazon, Ebsco or Magazines.com, you should also check with that agent to ensure that your cancellation request was received and processed by them.
